Azexport Portal Issues New Free Sale Certificates
The Azexport portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), has issued new free sale certificates aimed at ensuring unimpeded access of local products to foreign markets.
The certificates are intended to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of exports to Bulgaria of alcoholic beverages produced in Azerbaijan that have already gained a stable customer base in the Bulgarian market. The fact that the same partners are reordering these products and renewing the certificates is one of the key indicators of international confidence in the quality of Azerbaijani products and of sustained demand in the European market.
It should be noted that the free sale certificate is issued by the Azexport portal in accordance with the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 12, 2017. The certificate confirms that the exported goods are in free circulation in the Republic of Azerbaijan, have been certified by the relevant state authorities and institutions, and meet the established standards.
In total, from April 2018 to the present, free sale certificates have been issued for 771 product items. The issuance of these certificates significantly facilitates the export of "Made in Azerbaijan" products to countries in the Americas, Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the Gulf region.
Entrepreneurs wishing to obtain a free sale certificate can apply through the www.azexport.az portal.
