The Azexport portal has issued another Free Sale Certificate for the export of a product to Georgia.
The Azexport portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), has issued a Free Sale Certificate for the export of the pharmaceutical product “Delta Dent” to Georgia.
According to the Head of the Portal, Aykhan Gadeshov, in recent years, there has been a significant increase in the interest of foreign countries in food supplements and pharmaceutical products manufactured in Azerbaijan. He noted that products in this category have been expanding not only in the domestic market but also in export markets:
“The recently issued certificates once again demonstrate that our local manufacturers are strengthening their positions in international markets,” he said.
It should be noted that the Free Sale Certificate is issued by the Azexport portal in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 12, 2017. The certificate confirms that the product is freely circulated within the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been certified by the relevant state authorities, and meets the required standards.
Overall, from April 2018 to October 2025, a total of 762 products have been granted a Free Sale Certificate. The issuance of this document has facilitated the export of “Made in Azerbaijan” products to more than 100 countries across the Americas, Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the Gulf region—markets where exporters previously faced challenges.

According to the results of the electronic satisfaction survey conducted among entrepreneurs who were issued a Free Sale Certificate, no systematic problems, deficiencies, or negative cases regarding the service have been identified to date.
