“Azexport” Portal Selected as the Best National E-Commerce Platform in the South Caucasus
The “Azexport.az” portal, operating under the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has been awarded a prestigious prize at the “Global Excellence Awards 2025” competition organized by the UK-based international media organization Luxlife Magazine Ltd.
The portal was named “Best National Global Market Access eTrade Platform 2025 - South Caucasus” in the Innovation category.
During the evaluation process, special emphasis was placed on the creation of a unified digital registry for national products on the Azexport.az portal, the full digitalization of export procedures based on the “single window” principle, as well as the successful integration of electronic documentation, electronic signatures, online export applications, electronic payments, and cross-border digital operations within the framework of the Digital Trade Hub. In addition, the portal’s integration with leading international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, JD.com, TradeKey, and others has significantly expanded global market access opportunities for Azerbaijani products.
It should be noted that this achievement fully aligns with the state policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan aimed at export diversification, the development of the non-oil sector, and the expansion of the digital economy. The www.azexport.az portal serves as one of the key institutional and technological platforms accelerating the integration of local producers into international trade.
Alongside national e-commerce platforms from various countries, the competition also featured international digital export systems and organizations offering advanced trade technologies. The recognition of the Azexport.az portal with this prestigious award once again confirms that it is competitive not only at the regional level but also on a global scale.
