The Monitoring Institute of Azerbaijan has been presented to the Presidential Administration of Tajikistan and the UN delegation
A meeting was held at the Center for Economic Reform Analysis and Communication (CAERC) with the delegation from the Presidential Administration of Tajikistan and the UN. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the successful implementation of state programs between the two countries, accelerating reforms, and strengthening mutual exchange of experiences.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the Presidential Administration of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President, and representatives from Tajikistan’s Free Economic Zones in the People's Republic of China.
During the meeting, the Deputy Executive Director of CAERC, Ayaz Museyibov, provided detailed information about the monitoring and evaluation process carried out by the Center. He also spoke about the digital platforms created for monitoring and evaluating state programs, the integration of artificial intelligence into these systems, and achievements in effectively processing big data.
Manuchehra Majonova, the Head of the Investment Policy and Regional Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan, shared information about the state programs being implemented in Tajikistan and emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between the two countries, considering Azerbaijan's successful experience in program management.
Elshan Yusifli, the Sector Manager of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division of CAERC, presented the digital accountability platforms applied in the monitoring of state program implementation, providing information about Azerbaijan's innovative approaches in transparency and results-oriented management.
The Sector Manager of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division, Gültac Ahmadzade-Tapdıqzade, and the Senior Consultant of the Division, Sevinc Cabbarova, also participated in the discussions.
At the end of the meeting, both parties emphasized the wide prospects for future cooperation.
