The book "Middle Corridor" was presented to the participants of the Asian Think Tanks Forum
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) was represented at a high level at the annual forum of the Asian Think Tank Network held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan. At the event, which brought together representatives of leading think tanks from across Asia, CAERC was the only economic think tank representing the South Caucasus region.
The forum, organized at the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), gathered participants from Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, China, India, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. Participants shared their experiences in ensuring accessibility and inclusiveness through digital and electronic commerce. Deputy Executive Director of CAERC, Ramil Huseyn, presented Azerbaijan’s experience in this area and answered questions from the forum participants about the Center’s activities and ongoing projects.
During the event, CAERC also presented the book titled “The Middle Corridor: Assessing Current Realities and Future Prospects”, jointly developed with the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and the CAREC (Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation) Institute and published in Romania. The publication attracted great interest from researchers from Central Asia and representatives of global think tanks.
