A training session on “Starting a Business” was held
A training session was organized at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Taxes. The training focused on the electronic application system for the state registration of legal entities. During the session, a presentation was given about the reforms carried out in this field, the procedures that were removed, the one-step online state registration process for legal entities, and the rules for using the electronic system.
Aleksandr Mammadov, advisor of the Ministry of Taxes, gave information about the advantages of the improved electronic application system and how to use it. He also answered the questions of public unions and associations.
It should be noted that according to the Implementation and Communication Plan of the “Starting a Business, Taxation and Reporting” working group for the second half of 2019, trainings and meetings for different groups of society on the electronic system, as well as analysis of their results, are planned. In addition, proposals will be prepared and submitted in the appropriate manner to ensure faster delivery of information in a more suitable format and to further improve communication in this area.
