"Azexport" portal was presented at the meeting of OTS countries
The "Azexport" portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, was presented at a meeting organized by the member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States (TDT) regarding the establishment of the "OTS Made" brand.
The meeting, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture in Guba, included representatives from the ministries of agriculture of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Information was provided on the efforts to promote "Made in Azerbaijan" products through the "Azexport" portal in foreign markets.
Aykhan Gadashov, the head of the "Azexport" portal, made a presentation at the event. He stated that the portal serves as an advanced "big data" database and a unified information center for goods produced in Azerbaijan. He added that analyzing the orders entered into the portal during its period of operation has enabled the preparation of important statistics on export geography and export volume. Based on the volume of orders, it is possible to foresee the demand for products in local and international markets, as well as predict price increases in advance.
Following the presentation, participants emphasized that the methodology and experience used by the "Azexport" portal in exporting Azerbaijani products to foreign markets could serve as a successful example for the creation of the "OTS Made" brand.
