Born on 29 May 1984 in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan.

Education

2002–2007: Bachelor’s degree, Faculty of History, Baku State University.

Since 2024: Pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Organization and Management at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

Holds a BB3 certificate in Civil Service.

Participated in the following academic programs and obtained international certificates in the respective fields:

• Duke University — “Renewable Energy and Green Building Entrepreneurship”;
