She was born on November 30, 1997 in Baku.

Education
In 2015-2020, bachelor's degree at the Faculty of State and Public Relations of ADA University.
Since 2022, she is studying a master’s degree in Business Administration ( Project Management) at Baku Higher Oil School.

Labor activity
In 2019-2022, intern in Investor Relations department at SOCAR.
In 2021-2022, expert on energy effiency and investments at the Energy Regulatory Agency under the Ministry of Energy.
In 2020-2022, she was an analyst at the Efficient Assessment Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. After the structural reforms in February 2023, she was appointed the chief adviser of the Monitoring and Evaluation Division.

Since September 2023, she is a Sector director of the Monitoring of socio-economic programs at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

She is fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
She is married.
