President approves the 2026–2030 Concept for the Development of Forensic Examination in Azerbaijan
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the “2026–2030 Concept for the Development of Forensic Examination in the Republic of Azerbaijan.” The document aims to modernize the forensic examination system in line with contemporary requirements, drawing on advanced international experience, expanding the use of digital technologies, and ensuring continuous improvement of infrastructure amid the ongoing development of the judicial and legal system.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the measures outlined in the Concept.
Additionally, monitoring and evaluation of these measures will be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication upon the request of the Ministry of Justice.
