Preliminary figures of the October issue of the “Export Review” have been announced
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has presented the preliminary figures for the October issue of the “Export Review.”
According to the Review, during January–September 2025, Azerbaijan’s non-oil sector exports increased by 7.7% compared to the same period of 2024, reaching 2.6 billion USD. During the mentioned period, exports of food products rose by 20.5%, amounting to 841.4 million USD.
In the first nine months of the current year, exports of sugar increased by 14.9 million USD (46.9%), fruits and vegetables by 143.7 million USD (31.3%), chemical industry products by 45.6 million USD (22%), cotton yarn by 2.7 million USD (12.5%), tea by 159.4 thousand USD (3.3%), aluminum and aluminum products by 3.9 million USD (2.6%), and ferrous metals and their products by 708.1 thousand USD (1%) compared to the same period of the previous year.
During January–September 2025, exports of agricultural products increased by 27.8%, reaching 667.1 million USD, while exports of agro-industrial products amounted to 233.1 million USD. In total, the combined exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 19.2%, amounting to 900.2 million USD.
