Preliminary figures for the July 2026 issue of the "Export Overview" have been released.
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has presented the July 2026 issue of the "Export Overview."
According to the overview, in January-June 2026, Azerbaijan's exports in the non-oil sector (excluding non-monetary gold) increased by 16.9% compared to the corresponding period of 2025 and amounted to 1.8 billion USD.
In June of the current year, Azerbaijan's exports in the non-oil sector (excluding non-monetary gold) increased by 18.2 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching 381.9 million USD.
In general, during this period, exports of food products increased by 19.4 percent to 175.3 million USD, while exports of non-food products (excluding non-monetary gold) increased by 17.3 percent to 206.5 million USD.
During January-June of the current year, compared to the corresponding period of last year, exports of sugar increased 3.4 times, cotton yarn 2.1 times, fats and oils of vegetable and animal origin 50%, aluminum and products made from it 40.1%, ferrous metals and products made from them 30.1%, cotton fiber 26.3%, fruits and vegetables 18.9%, tea 19.4%, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 2.9%.
In January-June 2026, exports of agricultural products increased by 23.9% to 563.9 million USD, and exports of agro-industrial products increased by 35.3% to 195.9 million USD. In total, the combined export of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 26.6% to 759.8 million USD.
