The 14th issue of the “Economic Reforms” scientific-analytical journal, established by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, covering the first half of 2026, has been published. Ten scientific articles by local and foreign authors, positively evaluated by reviewers, have been published in the new issue of the journal. These articles cover relevant and important topics such as “Investment-Oriented Economic Recovery in Post-Conflict Regions: Evidence from Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur”, “The Resilience of the Middle Corridor and Azerbaijan’s Transit Throughput Capacity amid the Hormuz Crisis”, “Identifying Key Success Factors for the Sustainable Development of the Tourism Sector through the Fuzzy Delphi Method”, “Attitudes towards Marriage and Divorce in the Context of Subjective Material Well-Being and Life Satisfaction”, “Housing Prices, Marriage and Birth Rate in Azerbaijan”, “Social Media and National Well-Being: Evidence from a Cross-Country Non-Parametric Analysis”, “Credit Risk and Monetary Policy in Azerbaijan: An ARDL Bounds Testing Approach”, “Foreign Direct Investment and Trade Performance: Evidence from Romania”, “Determinants of Economic Growth in Algeria: An Empirical Analysis Based on the ARDL Testing Approach (1990–2024)”, and “Determinants of Green Insurance Adoption: The Role of Environmental Awareness, Trust, and Willingness to Pay for Sustainable Products”.

It should be noted that the “Economic Reforms” journal has been indexed in a number of prestigious international scientific indexing and abstracting databases during 2026. In the first half of this year, an official application was submitted for the journal to be indexed in the “Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI)”, one of the indexes of the “Web of Science Core Collection”. The evaluation process is currently ongoing.
