CAERC representative participated in an international seminar
Ilkin Gasimov, Senior Consultant of the Economic Analysis Division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in an international seminar organized by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The seminar was held on the topic of "Incorporating Uncertainty and Long-term Fiscal Trends into Macro-Fiscal Forecasts." The IMF's Caucasus, Central Asia, and Mongolia Regional Capacity Development Center (CCAMTAC) brought together relevant specialists from various countries for the event.
Participants acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively incorporate uncertainties and long-term trends into macro-fiscal forecasting and analysis. Additionally, various country experiences in this field were analyzed, and an exchange of views took place.
