CAERC Employee Participated in an International Seminar in China
Naila Jafarova, employee of the Innovation Division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in an international seminar on the construction of smart healthcare security systems for "Belt and Road" countries within the framework of the human resources development cooperation program in the People's Republic of China.
Within the scope of the seminar, discussions were held on economic management in the healthcare field, the application of digital technologies and artificial intelligence solutions in the healthcare system, as well as advanced international practices and cooperation opportunities in this direction.
As part of the program, study visits were organized for participants to healthcare, innovation, and research institutions operating in Beijing and Tianjin. During the visit, participants closely familiarized themselves with the activities of the Administrative Committee of "Yizhuang" Biomedical Industry Park, Tianjin Medical Consumables Centralized Procurement Platform, Tianjin Chest Hospital, and Peking University People's Hospital, conducting an exchange of experience on smart healthcare solutions, healthcare service management, and innovative approaches.
