Training sessions on the "Unified Electronic Reporting Portal" at the CAERC continue
The "Unified Electronic Reporting Portal" (portal.monitoring.gov.az), created by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication to centralize the monitoring and evaluation of State Programs, is being introduced through ongoing training sessions on how to use the portal.
The next sessions were held with the participation of representatives from relevant institutions under the "Action Plan for Increasing the Transit Potential of International Transport Corridors Passing Through the Territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Promoting Transit Freight Transport for 2024-2026" and the "State Program on Simplification of Formalities in Air Transport." On the second day of the training, representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, Ministry of Agriculture, State Customs Committee, Food Safety Agency, Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company, State Migration Service, State Border Service, and the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations participated.
Tarana Salifova, Advisor to the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, provided detailed information about the portal’s purpose and functionality. Then, Arzu Suleymanov, an employee of the Monitoring and Evaluation division, presented the functions of data entry into the portal, the formation of accountability, project monitoring, and report preparation. Gultaj Ahmadzade-Tapdigzade, an employee of the Monitoring and Evaluation division, also gave information about the “Project Management Module” built within the portal.
