At the press conference dedicated to the 2025 outcomes, CAERC’s Executive Director, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Vusal Gasimli, noted that the Center prepared 32 reports on monitoring and evaluation of state program implementation and carried out more than 100 events during the year. Currently, the number of strategic policy documents monitored and evaluated by CAERC stands at 24.

In the area of state program management, CAERC has established a unified electronic reporting portal, integrating data from more than 200 government bodies. Over 260 meetings were held on indicator-based planning. The digitalization of monitoring mechanisms has significantly strengthened real-time oversight of state program implementation.

To ensure more systematic tracking of state programs, CAERC developed a “Project Management” module. Through this module, the implementation of approximately 1,500 projects has been brought under monitoring and evaluation, enabling the timely identification of risks and improving the quality of decision-making.

Thanks to the innovations introduced in state program management, CAERC has received more than 10 international awards from reputable media outlets and think tanks in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and the Asia region.

In 2025, the number of export orders processed through CAERC’s Azexport.az platform reached 3,200, while 763 free sale certificates were issued. The “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal recorded the participation of 141 startups from 15 countries. In addition, the “One-Stop Shop” Export Support Center received 3,451 applications from entrepreneurs.

Within the framework of its scientific and analytical activities, CAERC published 12 “Export Reviews,” seven “Reform Reviews,” 106 video reviews, 44 weekly reviews, four issues of the “Turkic Economic Review” in eight languages, two issues of the “Economic Reforms” journal, and seven books. Moreover, 17 scientific articles indexed in the “Scopus” and “Web of Science” databases were published.

As a result of CAERC’s cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the CAREC Institute, the book titled “The Middle Corridor: Navigating Current Realities and Embracing Future Prospects” was published in Romania, while the two-volume research work “The Economic Potential of Islamic Countries” was published in the United Kingdom by the prestigious Emerald Publishing.

In addition, in cooperation with the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology under the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, the textbook “Halal Economy” was published. Jointly with Baku State University, within the framework of the 150th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press, the textbook “Fundamentals of Public Relations” was released. Furthermore, together with the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijan Insurers Association, the “InsurTech” textbook was published.

To support human resource development, CAERC ensured the participation of its employees in more than 40 international training programs and engaged 570 volunteers in various initiatives. Within the framework of international cooperation, 56 international events and presentations were organized and delivered.
