Procedure for monitoring the State Program on water supply in Baku and Absheron has been determined
The monitoring rules for the implementation of the Presidential Decree approving the State Program for the Improvement of Water Supply, Rainwater and Wastewater Systems in the City of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula for 2026-2035 have been approved. The relevant order was signed by the Prime Minister.
According to the order, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication shall submit information on the results of monitoring the implementation of measures envisaged under the State Program to the Cabinet of Ministers once a year, by April 30 of each year. The Center shall also submit information on the results of evaluating the implementation of the State Program to the Cabinet of Ministers by July 30, 2031 and July 30, 2036.
For the purpose of conducting monitoring and evaluation, the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency shall ensure that relevant information on the implementation of projects envisaged under the State Program is uploaded to the “Project Management” module on a quarterly basis, by the 15th day of the month following each quarter. In addition, information on the annual results of measures shall be uploaded to the module every year by February 25, starting from 2027.
