A total of more than 80 representatives from local executive authorities representing various cities and districts across the country participated in the training sessions.
The main objective of the training was to raise participants’ awareness of organizing reporting on the measures envisaged in the Action Plan and submitting reports through the “e-monitoring” portal.
Over the course of five days, detailed information was provided on the measures to be implemented by local executive authorities under the Action Plan, the preparation of Roadmaps for the implementation of these measures, the application of indicative planning, as well as the effective organization of the implementation process.
The functional capabilities of the new module created in the “e-monitoring” portal for local executive authorities were demonstrated during the training sessions. Participants were given a practical explanation of the stages of creating reports in the system, entering and updating data, approving, and submitting reports.
During the training, questions raised by the participants were answered by representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and CAERC, followed by mutual discussions and an exchange of views.
