Next Training Session Held at CAERC on the "e-monitoring" Portal for Representatives of Local Executive Authorities

Training sessions dedicated to the submission of progress reports via the "e-monitoring" portal—under the "Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan"—are continuing at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). Organized with the organizational support of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the training sessions serve to enhance the electronic reporting skills of local executive authority representatives.

On the fourth day of the training, representatives from the Lankaran, Mingachevir, and Shirvan City Executive Authorities, as well as the Astara, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Hajigabul, Imishli, Kurdamir, Lerik, Masalli, Neftchala, Guba, Sabirabad, Saatli, Salyan, Ujar, and Yardimli District Executive Authorities, participated in the sessions.

Baghis Ahmadov, Advisor to the Executive Director of CAERC, spoke about the role of the Roadmap in ensuring the consistent and systematic implementation of measures under the Action Plan. He also emphasized that proper planning of activities directly impacts the quality of the monitoring and evaluation process.

In the practical part of the training, Ismat Mehraliyeva, Department Head at CAERC, demonstrated to the participants the functions of the new module created on the "e-monitoring" portal for local executive authorities. During the presentation, the stages of creating reports, entering, updating, and submitting data in the system were explained in detail, and participants' questions were answered based on practical examples.
