The Organization of Reform Volunteers, operating by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has initiated the engagement of international volunteers. Two students from Hungary and Kazakhstan have recently joined volunteer program of CAERC.
Peter Balogh, a Hungarian student, is interning at the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal operated by CAERC, sponsored by the scholarship program of Mathias Corvinus Collegium University. He actively participates in exchange programs and conducts research on innovation within the "Startup School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity" project.
Another volunteer, Lutfiye Irem Özgerish, is pursuing studies in international relations at Khoja Ahmet Yesavi International Turko-Kazakh University in Kazakhstan. She is practicing at Turkic World Research Center of CAERC as part of the "Turkish World 2040 Vision" and actively engages in research on the economic relations of countries within the Organization of Turkic States.
It's worth noting that the volunteer initiative, which commenced under CAERC in 2016, evolved into the Organization of Reform Volunteers in 2020, coinciding with Azerbaijan's designated "Year of Volunteers." To date, over 500 volunteers have availed themselves of this opportunity facilitated by CAERC, showcasing its commitment to supporting the research and studies of both local and international students.
