The presentation of the book "Turkic States Economy" prepared by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) together with the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held.

At the event, which took place in the administrative building of the CAERC, Kubanichbek Omuraliyev the Secretary General of OTS, Gunay Efendiyeva the President of the International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation, Kairat Osmonaliev the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to our country, Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to our country, Tamash Torma the Ambassador of Hungary to our country,  Urkhan Alakbarov rector of the Academy of Public Administration, Nazim Imanov director general of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education  and other guests participated.

Vusal Gasimli, The executive director of CAERC,  informed about the work done in the direction of researching the economies of the Turkic states in the Center headed by him. He said that the Turkic World Research Center (TDAM) operates under the CAERC, where the quarterly "Turkic States Economy" is prepared in 8 languages, where the trends in the economies of the Turkic states are focused on, and relevant figures are given. Speaking about the process of creating the book "Turkic States Economy", V. Gasimli said that more than 35 well-known scientists from seven Turkic states participated in the writing of the book. A comparative approach to the mechanism of joint cooperation in the Turkic world has been demonstrated, the role of each independent state in the Turkic world has been examined, as well as opportunities and development prospects in the Turkic world have been presented.

General Secretary of OTS Kubanichbek Omuraliyev said that the economic picture of the Turkic world as a whole has been revived in the book "Turkic States Economy". He noted that this book has a special role in combining efforts to achieve economic integration and sustainable development. Secretary General that the book "Turkic States Economy" will be a reference source for politicians, bureaucrats and researchers; stressed that he believes that he will provide valuable ideas for the formulation of economic policy, development of diplomatic relations and provision of sustainable development in our region.

Gunay Efendiyeva,The president of International Turkish Culture and Heritage Foundation said that there are close relations between economy and culture, that these two fields influence each other, and from this point of view, the common culture of the Turkish states will support the development of their common economy.

Speaking later, the ambassadors of the Turkish states in our country noted that the book was written as a sambal work and will make a special contribution to the economic and political integration of the Turkic world.

It should be noted that the book "Turkic States Economy" consists of two parts. The first part contains general information about the economy of Turkic states, and the second part contains specific information about the economic indicators of each country recorded in the last 10 years. Data are grouped in several directions. Thus, in the book, the economy of Turkic world countries was analyzed at the macro and micro level. In the book, the factors affecting the multilateral trade of the Turkish states were approached on the basis of the "Gravity Model", and the impact of the Zangezur Corridor on the perspective and mutual economic relations of the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus region was analyzed. The analysis of foreign direct investment and trade dynamics in the Turkish world was also performed with reference to the "Theory of Graphs". In addition, the institutional foundations of the economic cooperation of the Turkish states were examined in the context of the "Turkic world 2040 vision".

Vusal Gasimli, executive director of CAERC is scientific editor of the book. The foreword to the book was written by the General Secretary of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanichbek Omuraliyev.

The Institute of Economic Research of Kazakhstan, the Institute of National Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Center for Economic Research and Reforms of Uzbekistan, the Institute of Foreign Relations and Trade of Hungary and Budapest Metropolitan University, Bursa Uludag University, UNEC were involved in writing the book in English. Think tanks such as the Faculty of Economics of the Turkish World, the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Science and Education were closely involved.
