According to the August issue of "Export Review", Azerbaijan's total exports in January-July 2023 amounted to 20.8 billion US dollars, and exports in the non-oil sector increased by 17.8% compared to the corresponding period of 2022 and amounted to 2 billion. During January-July 2023, electricity increased by 5.5 times, the export of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by 4.4 times, the export of sugar by 46.6%, and the export of fruits and vegetables by 6.1%.

During January-July 2023, the statistical value of the joint export of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 10.6% and amounted to 540.2 million US dollars. The value created by agro-industrial products, which occupy a significant place in the composition of non-oil and gas exports, increased by 41.3% compared to the corresponding period of last year and amounted to 119.4 million US dollars.

Electricity ($314.5 million) topped the list of non-oil goods exported during January-July 2023. In this list, tomato (tomato) (124.2 million US dollars) is in the second place, and cotton seed (79.4 million US dollars) is in the third place.

 During January-July 2023, 641.9 million US dollars will be given to the Russian Federation, 555.1 million US dollars to Turkey, 198.7 million US dollars to Georgia, 81.8 million US dollars to the Swiss Confederation, and 66.5 million US dollars to Kazakhstan. worth of non-oil sector goods were exported.

Non-oil exports in July 2023 increased by 0.4% compared to the corresponding period of last year and amounted to 233.2 million US dollars. During July 2023, exports of food products amounted to 60.1 million US dollars, and exports of non-food products increased by 1.5% to 173.2 million US dollars.

 In July 2023, the Russian Federation (89.6 million US dollars) rose to the first place in the list of countries that exported the most goods from the non-oil sector. Turkey (42.6 million US dollars) and Georgia (18.4 million US dollars) were the second in this list.

 In the list of non-oil exported goods in July 2023, peaches (US$23 million) were the first, propylene copolymers in the initial form (US$12.5 million) were the second and gold (US$11.5 million) was the third.

 The "Export Review" indicated that the value of non-oil exports carried out through the "One Stop Shop" Export Support Center in August 2023 was 14.7 million US dollars.

The rating of both non-state and state-owned exporting subjects was compiled by "Export Review" in the non-oil sector in January-July 2023.

The list of state-owned companies participating in export operations in the non-oil sector is headed by "Azerenerji" OJSC. Then the following companies are represented in this list: Marketing and Economic Operations Department of SOCAR, "Socar Polymer" LLC, "Azeraluminum" LLC, "AzerGold" CJSC, "Azerbaijan Hava Yolari" CJSC, "Azerpambig Agrarian Industrial Complex" LLC, " Azerbaijan Railways" JSC, "Azeripak" LLC, "ASK Tobacco" LLC.

 In January-July 2023, the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Azerkosmos) exported satellite telecommunication services worth 11.1 million US dollars to 45 countries of the world. Azerkosmos ' income from service export made up 78 percent of its total income. In July 2023, "Azerkosmos" exported services worth 1.6 million US dollars to 40 countries of the world.

 The top five satellite telecommunication services exports in January-July 2023 are the United Kingdom with 3.2 million US dollars, Luxembourg with 2.4 million US dollars, the UAE with 983.6 thousand US dollars, 613.8 thousand US dollars with Germany and Nigeria with 472.9 thousand US dollars.

 In January-July 2023, 1.2 billion manat transactions were carried out with payment cards issued by other non-resident financial institutions in the payment service network owned by banks, and in July alone, transactions worth 218.8 million manats were made.
