The book "Yeni Qarabağnamə: Post-conflict construction in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions" prepared by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) was published.

One of the brightest pages of the centuries-old history of the Azerbaijani people - the book dedicated to the two-year anniversary of our victory over Armenia in the 44-day Patriotic War in 2020, talks about the post-conflict reconstruction carried out in the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.

The book covers the provision of sustainable peace and the opening of communications, social policy, a new model of state administration, the activity of clearing territories from mines and unexploded ordnance, the creation of economic and social infrastructure, the revitalization of the economy with state incentives, the planned restoration of residential areas, the organization of a large return of the population, Armenia's international the policy of bringing to responsibility and conveying the truths of Karabakh to the world was presented in separate sections.

According to the decision of the Great Scientific Council of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the book recommended for publication on September 12, 2022 was written by 11 authors. The book "New Karabakh Letter: Post-conflict construction in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions" was prepared by Ramil Huseyn, Yusif Safarov, Gunay Guliyeva, Masuma Talibova, Joshgun Jafarov, Matanat Rasulova, Amina Bayramova and Firdovsi Fikretzade. . It should be noted that the first presentation of the book "New Karabakh Letter" was held at the conference "Post-conflict construction model under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev" dedicated to the second anniversary of the victory of the Patriotic War. The book was also presented at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and the State Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is planned to present the English version of the book in foreign universities and think tanks.
