Conference on "Azerbaijan's development model: Yesterday, today and tomorrow" has been held with the organization of New Azerbaijan Party and partnership of Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

Today's development of the Republic of Azerbaijan is based on the successful realization of the ideas of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of our independent state, by President Ilham Aliyev. Discussions were held at the conference that focused on Azerbaijan's state building, the country's economic and cultural development model, diplomatic achievements, new cultural strategy, ensuring energy security on a global and regional scale, country’s junction role at the intersection of East-West and North-South corridors and other areas.

The conference started off with the demonstration of a film dedicated to the 60th anniversary of President Ilham Aliyev, prepared by AzTV. Then, Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Tahir Budagov declared the conference open.   Assistant to the Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Huseynli spoke on "State Building in Azerbaijan", Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication Vusal Gasimli on "Economic Development Model of Azerbaijan", Chairman of the Committee of Milli Majlis Samad Seyidov on "Success of Azerbaijan’s Diplomacy", Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Karimov on "New Cultural Strategy of Azerbaijan", Minister of Energy of Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov on "Energy Security of Azerbaijan",  Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Urkhan Alakbarov on "Development Model and Sustainable Development of Azerbaijan", Chairman of Board of Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan Kamran Imanov on "Innovative Development and Intellectual Property Rights".

At the end of the event, the book "Victorious Successor of the Great Way" written by Nurlan Galandarli, department editor of "Yeni Azerbaijan" newspaper, advisor to the Deputy Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Tahir Budagov and author of the preface, was presented.
