The online training phase of “Startup School 4: Five Continents – 500 Startups”, a global innovation programme implemented by the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has successfully concluded.

As part of the training, a total of 20 sessions were held across 11 modules. Professional mentors from five continents, including entrepreneurs, investors, professors, and other ecosystem participants, served as experts during the sessions.

The programme covered sustainable economy, digitalization, artificial intelligence, leadership and team management, marketing, sales strategies, innovation and product management, intellectual property, business development, investment readiness, and other relevant areas.

More than 200 startup projects selected from 15 countries participated in the online training phase.

In the interactive sessions, participants were provided not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical examples based on real-life business situations. The training contributed to helping startups improve their business models, assess market opportunities more accurately, develop their products and services, formulate sales and marketing strategies, and adopt a more prepared approach to the investment process.

Thus, “Startup School 4” served as a unified platform for startups from different countries in terms of knowledge exchange, networking with international experts, and the formation of new cooperation opportunities.

In the next stage of the programme, startup teams will receive mentorship support based on their individual needs and areas of development. Within the framework of the mentorship support, it is envisaged to identify the specific challenges faced by the teams, improve their business and product strategies, and provide individual consultations on market access, sales, marketing, investment, and other areas.

It should be noted that the “Startup School 4” programme aims to support the development of startups, strengthen their connections with the international ecosystem, and enhance opportunities for Azerbaijani startups to access global markets.
