Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has signed an Order on ensuring the implementation of the "Action Plan for 2026–2030 on the Implementation of the Employment Strategy."

According to the Order, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) will create a special monitoring and reporting module within two months under the "e-monitoring" portal, of which it is the operator, to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the Action Plan's implementation. Starting from 2027, the monitoring and evaluation of the Action Plan will be carried out through this module.

The new module will systemize executing entities, cities and districts, execution deadlines, project information, result indicators, and other necessary metrics under the Action Plan, while simultaneously ensuring accountability. Additionally, necessary measures will be taken to integrate the electronic information systems of relevant state entities into the "e-monitoring" portal.

Under the Order, starting from 2027, CAERC will submit the results of the Action Plan's monitoring to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan annually by April 30, and the results of the final evaluation by June 30, 2031.

According to the document, main and other executing state bodies (entities) participating in the implementation of the Action Plan must designate responsible persons, prepare and submit result indicators accordingly, and upload project implementation data and annual reports to the "Project Management" module within the established deadlines.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan will ensure the regular uploading of information regarding the financing of projects carried out under the Action Plan to the relevant module.

Control over the execution of the Order has been assigned to the Social Issues Division of the Executive Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The document entered into force on the day of its signing.
