A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) with a delegation from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who are visiting our country with the support of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (APA).
During the event, which was held under the theme "Innovative Technologies in Public Administration: The Experience of the Republic of Azerbaijan," Ilyas Huseynov, Head of the Turkic World Studies Center at CAERC, provided comprehensive information regarding the book project titled "Digital Economy of Turkic States: Global Trends and Regional Realities." Concurrently, opportunities for Kazakhstani researchers to participate in authoring chapters for the book were discussed.
Aykhan Gadashov, Head of the "Azexport" portal operated by CAERC, provided insights on the measures implemented toward expanding digital exports in Azerbaijan.
Isa Gasimov, Head of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, after briefs on the "Startup School 4" project, informed the guests about the startup initiatives of the Turkic states and the outcomes of the meeting held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, aimed at establishing cooperation with "Astana Hub"—considered one of the largest innovation centers in Central Asia.
Subsequently, Sevinj Jabbarova, Leading Advisor of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, explained the mechanisms for executing the monitoring and evaluation process of state programs via CAERC's "e-monitoring" portal.
Raushan Dulambayeva, Professor at the Institute of Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a speech concerning mechanisms for co-authoring articles and executing joint projects with CAERC's academically degreed employees who possess high scientific achievements.
Serik Jumabayev, Professor at the Institute of Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shared information on the opportunities for CAERC's academically degreed staff to participate in the Academy's Dissertation Council and to be involved in research as scientific advisors.
Murat Abuov, Junior Researcher at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a report on the scientific results of his research work.
The participants conducted an exchange of views on expanding the application of innovative solutions in public administration, accelerating digital transformation, and refining monitoring mechanisms. At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with copies of the books "Economy of Turkic States" and "The Middle Corridor: Analysis of Current Realities and Evaluation of Perspectives," published by the Center.
