A relevant Order has been signed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to ensure the execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the approval of the 'State Program for the Development of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Aquaculture Product Production and Processing Sectors in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2030'."

According to the Order, tasks regarding the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program have been assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant state bodies, and execution deadlines have been established.

By the Order of the Prime Minister, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been tasked with creating a specialized module for the monitoring and evaluation of the State Program on the "e-monitoring" portal, which the Center operates. Furthermore, the Order provides for ensuring the integration of the electronic information systems operated by the respective executing agencies of the State Program into the "e-monitoring" portal. In accordance with the Order, annual reports on the results of the State Program's implementation monitoring will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers each year.
