The "Farm2Tour" hackathon has been held with the partnership of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Agriculture, and organized by the Agrarian Development Volunteers Organization. Within the framework of the project, which focuses on innovative solutions to existing problems in the field of agrotourism, startup teams presented the projects they developed over 36 hours to a jury. At the conclusion, the three most successful startups were declared the winners.
Isa Gasimov, Head of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, participated in evaluating the startup projects as a member of the jury, contributing to the determination of the ideas' business potential.
As part of the partnership, the winning teams are scheduled to be admitted as finalists into the "Startup School 4: Five Continents – 500 Startups" program implemented by the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal. By joining this program, participants will gain opportunities to cooperate with international mentors, investors, and innovation centers.
It should be noted that within the framework of the "Farm2Tour" project, CAERC employees supported the participants as trainers and mentors to help them prepare for the hackathon competition.
