Abdulrahim Dadashov, Deputy Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation DivisionĀ at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), addressed an international seminar organized by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
At the seminar dedicated to "Building a Community of Practice on Digital Analytics in Tax Administration," presentations reflecting international best practices in digital analysis, data processing, and the use of analytical tools in tax administration were delivered, followed by discussions with experts. Abdulrahim Dadashov delivered a presentation on the level of digital tax administration and the framework for the digitalization of the tax system in Azerbaijan. He shared the country's experience regarding tax reforms and the expansion of electronic services with the audience.
The event, organized by the IMF's Caucasus, Central Asia, and Mongolia Regional Capacity Development Center (CCAMTAC), was attended by 20 representatives from 10 countries across the Caucasus and Central Asia region. Participants were provided with the opportunity to learn progressive approaches to managing data flows and data analytics in tax administration, as well as to familiarize themselves with the experiences of various countries. At the conclusion of the event, certificates were presented to the participants.
