The Azexport.az portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), in cooperation with the International Trade Centre (ITC), is launching the next phase of the “Ready to Trade” project.
According to Ayxan Qadashev, Head of the Azexport portal, this phase of the training program will focus on logistics-related topics. He noted that the second phase will cover subjects such as logistics in both electronic and traditional trade, logistics management, integration of logistics into modern systems, E, F, C, and D classification, multimodal transportation, Incoterms (international commercial terms), types of transport and shipping, international transport tariffs, transport documentation, supplier selection, management and evaluation.
The training will be delivered in English by ITC expert EE Khong Kie Max and will be translated into Azerbaijani.
The sessions will be conducted via the Zoom platform, and participants with more than 70 percent attendance will be awarded electronic certificates equipped with a QR authentication mark.
It should be noted that the Azexport portal under CAERC, together with ITC, previously held online trainings under the “Ready to Trade” project focused on e-commerce from 15 June to 6 July 2020. Around 80 entrepreneurs participated in the webinars.
Eighteen participants who achieved more than 70 percent attendance were awarded electronic certificates with QR verification codes.
