The “One-Stop Shop” Export Support Center is gradually resuming its operations. The relevant order was signed by Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms. It should be noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the “One-Stop Shop” Export Support Center operated online, and the Rules for the Organization of Remote Work were defined in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers. Under these rules, activities will be carried out while maintaining physical distancing both among employees seconded from relevant state bodies and among exporters.
Nijat Hajizade, Head of the “One-Stop Shop” Export Support Center, stated that operations at the Center will be conducted in line with the requirements and regulations of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers. Only employees of state bodies that process a high volume of certificates will resume work at the Center.
It should be noted that representatives of five state bodies providing services to entrepreneurs operate at the “One-Stop Shop” Export Support Center and carry out export-related documentation procedures. All required certificates can be obtained at the Center, including veterinary and phytosanitary certificates, quality certificates, certificates of origin, and certificates for the export of wild fauna and flora species. In addition, permits for the export of cultural property protection certificates and religious literature can also be obtained here.
