Civil servants from Kazakhstan, visiting Azerbaijan through the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were briefed on Azerbaijan's experience in the field of economic reforms at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). Presentations on the topic "Innovative Technologies in Public Administration: The Experience of the Republic of Azerbaijan" were delivered to the guests invited to our country by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, delivered the opening speech, discussing the efficiency of the economic reforms implemented in Azerbaijan. He noted that as a result of institutional and structural reforms carried out in recent years, transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency in economic management have significantly increased. Vusal Gasimli emphasized that the application of innovative technologies has made decision-making processes in public administration more effective and result-oriented. He added that the economic reforms implemented in Azerbaijan have made important contributions to improving the investment climate within the country and expanding cooperation with foreign partners.
Following a presentation by Ilyas Huseynov, Head of the Center for Turkic World Studies, Sevinj Jabbarova, Leading Consultant of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, spoke about the mechanisms for implementing the monitoring and evaluation of state programs through a specialized portal.
Subsequently, Gultaj Ahmadzada-Tapdigzada, Head of Sector within the department, provided detailed information on the "Project Management" module and its effectiveness. She stated that through this module, project planning, execution, and the tracking of results are carried out via a single platform.
Aykhan Gadashov, Head of the "Azexport" portal operated by CAERC, presented information on the measures implemented toward expanding digital exports in Azerbaijan.
At the end of the event, participants exchanged views on expanding the application of innovative solutions in public administration, accelerating digital transformation, and improving monitoring mechanisms. The guests were presented with books published by the Center.
