The “Reform Review” published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) is dedicated to comprehensive measures aimed at mitigating the negative impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, macroeconomic stability, employment, and business entities.

The review reflects the comprehensive measures implemented during the past period within the framework of the fight against the pandemic, including decrees, decisions, and other actions. In the “Reform Review,” the indicators of the anti-crisis budget are presented with detailed figures and proportions, showing funding sources and expenditure directions as of the current date. At the same time, statistical data are provided on the share of the overall response budget in the country’s economic indicators.

The review specifically highlights the medical and social support measures implemented by the state, efforts to protect public health, and assistance provided to vulnerable groups.

It should be noted that special editions of the review will be prepared on a regular basis in order to promptly inform the general public about the measures being implemented.
