Ramil Huseyn, Deputy Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) and Doctor of Economic Sciences, delivered a speech on the topic "Green Energy Corridors; Azerbaijan's Strategic Vision" at Baku State University.

During the scientific seminar organized by the Department of Economics of the University's Faculty of International Relations and Economics, Ramil Huseyn stated that "Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development" reflects the transformation of our republic into a "green growth" country, supporting the transition to green energy within this framework, and increasing the use of renewable energy sources. Azerbaijan aims to create 6 GW of green energy capacity by 2030 and 8 GW by 2032. He noted that work is being carried out to export the "green energy" to be produced in Azerbaijan through the "Caspian-Black Sea-Europe," "Azerbaijan-Turkey-Europe," and "Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey-Europe" energy corridors.

Questions addressed by the participants were answered during the seminar, and an extensive exchange of views was held in the context of scientific justifications and current economic trends.
