The CAERC’s Azexport.az portal, in collaboration with the International Trade Centre (ITC), has concluded its training sessions on E-Commerce and Export Procedures. Over 40 employees from both private and public institutions participated. Due to the interactive format, discussions were conducted in different groups over five consecutive days. ITC experts Mohamed Es Fih and Eldar Adilzade provided participants with detailed guidance on the stages of goods trading, service provision, and task management using information systems.

It should be noted that the training on E-Commerce and Export Procedures is part of Azexport.az’s regular capacity-building initiatives aimed at managing incoming orders and improving entrepreneurs’ e-commerce knowledge.

At the conclusion of the training, participants received certificates jointly issued by CAERC’s Azexport.az portal and the International Trade Centre (ITC).
