The training on Monitoring and Evaluation jointly organized by CAERC and the World Bank has concluded. The three day training, conducted by World Bank monitoring and evaluation experts primarily for employees of state institutions, ended with the presentation of certificates to participants.

The certificates were awarded by the Executive Director of CAERC, Vusal Gasimli.
