The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), in collaboration with the Single Window Export Support Center and AzLegal Consulting, organized a seminar on “Legal Procedures for Foreign Trade Operations and Contract Execution.”

The event was coordinated by Nicat Hacizade, Manager of the Single Window Export Support Center, and Bakhtiyar Rzayev, Legal Expert at AzLegal Consulting. They explained that the seminar aimed to provide Azerbaijani entrepreneurs with practical guidance on the legal procedures required for exporting goods, application forms, necessary documentation, negotiations with foreign partners, and relevant legislative reforms.

During his presentation, Nicat Hacizade emphasized that such trainings contribute to the chain of ongoing economic reforms in Azerbaijan. The seminar focused on enhancing exporters’ legal knowledge, preparing contracts, and explaining methodologies for conducting negotiations with foreign partners in a legal framework.

Experts from AzLegal Consulting delivered several presentations and answered participants’ questions. The free seminar was attended by over 40 entrepreneurs from various sectors.
