At the CAERC’s “Single Window” Export Support Center, entrepreneurs can now receive compliance certificates. This initiative is made possible through the integration of the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization into the Single Window Export Support Center. The Institute will provide services to ensure that exported products meet high international standards, issuing certificates based on voluntary applications from entrepreneurs.
The addition of compliance certification marks the next stage of development for the Center, which currently consolidates five government services. Under the agreement between the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization and the Single Window Export Support Center, standardization services will now be offered directly through the Center.
These measures are part of broader reforms aimed at stimulating foreign trade operations, streamlining documentation and approvals, reducing the number of required documents, applying electronic approaches to export procedures, implementing a unified online export system, and applying the “single-window” principle for issuing multiple documents and permits. These efforts also support trade liberalization and the overall efficiency of export processes.
Established by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on February 23, 2017, the Single Window Export Support Center continues to contribute both theoretically and practically to accelerating these reforms, providing entrepreneurs with faster, more transparent, and standardized access to export services.
