The European Union’s report “Business Environment in Azerbaijan 2018” has recognized the activities of the Azexport portal and the “One-Stop” Export Support Center under the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) as exemplary institutional reforms supporting export diversification. Established under decrees of President İlham Əliyev, these institutions provide comprehensive support to businesses, facilitating their export activities.

• The Azexport portal and “One-Stop” Center are highlighted as models for institutional support that streamline export procedures and enhance the business environment.

• Nicat Hacızadə, Manager of the “One-Stop” Export Support Center, emphasized that the services help entrepreneurs conduct foreign trade operations more efficiently, in line with ongoing economic reforms.

• The report particularly praises the “One-Stop” Center for promoting transparency, accountability, and entrepreneur-focused service. Over the reporting period, the Center has assisted around 400 state and non-state companies, accelerating their export processes.

• Users of Azexport, the “One-Stop” Center, and the unified online export application report high satisfaction with the system.

• The ecosystem supporting export, led by President İlham Əliyev, is now fully established and functioning effectively, providing a robust institutional framework for Azerbaijani exporters.
