The seminar was delivered by Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) expert Benedikt Braumann and featured active participation and debate among attendees. Over the three-day program, topics included international case studies as well as the core principles of balance-of-payments analysis with a focus on Azerbaijan.

It was noted that Benedikt Braumann previously worked for many years at the International Monetary Fund, where he was involved in financial programming for various countries.
