The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has presented the preliminary indicators for the March 2026 issue of the "Export Review." According to the review, during January-February 2026, Azerbaijan's exports in the non-oil sector increased by 19.7% compared to the corresponding period of 2025 and amounted to 580.7 million USD. During this period, exports of food products increased by 30.5% and reached 200.6 million USD.
In January-February of the current year, compared to the same period of last year, exports of sugar increased by 328.6%, cotton yarn by 158.7%, vegetable and animal oils and fats by 110.8%, aluminum and products made from them by 37.4%, cotton fiber by 33.3%, fruit and vegetables by 32.7%, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by 10.9%, and tea by 5.1%.
In January-February 2026, exports of agricultural products increased by 34.6% to 160.9 million USD, and exports of agro-industrial products increased by 22% to 52.5 million USD. In total, the combined export of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 31.2% and amounted to 213.4 million USD.
