The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has launched the preparation of a new scientific and analytical publication focusing on innovation policy, startup ecosystems, and the knowledge-based economy. The book, titled “Innovation Ecosystem and Startups: Global Experience and Azerbaijan’s Reality,” is being developed under the coordination of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal operated by CAERC.
The primary objective of the publication is to provide a systematic analysis of leading global innovation ecosystems and to formulate scientifically grounded and practice-oriented recommendations for adapting these models to Azerbaijan’s national context. The book is designed as a comprehensive reference source that brings together diverse audiences interested in innovation ecosystems and startups. It aims to offer practical insights based on global best practices and local realities, addressing a broad readership ranging from startup founders to policymakers. This integrated approach is expected to position the publication as a relevant and authoritative reference in the field of innovation studies.
