The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been awarded the “Digital Governance Excellence: AI-Based Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Systems Azerbaijan 2025” prize in the “Technology” category for 2025 by the prestigious international media organization Global Business & Finance Magazine, based in the USA.

The main criterion highlighted in the award decision was CAERC’s modern digital program management platform built on artificial intelligence technologies. Within this framework, the effective application of AI capabilities in project management, data analytics, geographic information systems (GIS) and video surveillance technologies played a key role.

Awards in this category were presented to organizations representing various regions and countries, as well as globally active and reputable institutions, including Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank of the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait International Bank, National Bank of Kenya, National Bank of Egypt, Banco Santander Brasil S.A., the Jordan Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund, Germany’s AUCTUS Capital Partners, and the European Union and Türkiye-based Karsan company. This fact once again confirms CAERC’s growing reputation and leading position in the global technology and governance landscape.

Winning this international award demonstrates that CAERC has successfully integrated innovative AI-based technological solutions into public administration and that Azerbaijan’s achievements in the field of digital governance are being recognized at the international level.
