The trainings on how to use the Unified Electronic Reporting Portal (portal.monitoring.gov.az), created by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication to carry out centralized monitoring and evaluation of State Programs, have been completed.
The next training sessions were held within the frameworks of the Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028, the Action Plan for 2025-2030 on Improving the Quality of Vocational Education and Infrastructure in Penitentiary Institutions, and the State Program for the Development of Social Services in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023-2026, with the participation of representatives of relevant state bodies.
Representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport took part in the trainings.
During the meetings, Elnur Alakbarov, Head of the Economic Analysis division at CAERC, Latif Zeynalli, Head of the State Programs division, and Aygun Ahmadova, Acting Head of the Digital Trade Hub, provided general information about the purpose and functions of the portal and talked about its role in the monitoring and evaluation process.
Later, Elshan Yusifli, Head of the Sector for Monitoring Sectoral Programs at CAERC, presented information to the representatives of state institutions on entering data into the portal, creating reports, project monitoring, preparing reports, as well as the Project Management Module integrated into the portal.
At the end of the training, CAERC staff answered questions raised by the participants, and discussions were held on strengthening cooperation in the next stages.
It should be noted that separate meetings on the use of the Unified Electronic Reporting Portal were held with representatives of a total of 20 institutions.
