The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has presented the preliminary data for the December issue of the "Export Review."
According to the review, Azerbaijan's non-oil sector export in January-November 2025 increased by 7.3% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 3.3 billion USD. In January-November 2025, exports of food products increased by 19.4%, totaling 1.1 billion USD.
In the first eleven months of the current year, the export of sugar increased by 19.6 million USD or 52.4% compared to the same period last year, while fruit and vegetable exports rose by 179.6 million USD or 28.6%. Exports of aluminum and aluminum products grew by 30.6 million USD or 16.8%, chemical industry products by 36.9 million USD or 13.9%, cotton yarn by 3.6 million USD or 13.3%, tea by 177.6 thousand USD or 3%, and plant and animal fats and oils by 500.2 thousand USD or 2%.
In January-November 2025, exports of agricultural products increased by 27.1%, totaling 892.1 million USD, while exports of agro-industrial products increased by 0.3%, amounting to 288.2 million USD. In total, the joint export of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 19.4%, reaching 1.2 billion USD.
