The project “Startup School 3,” implemented by the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, has launched individual mentorship support within the framework of the international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road.”

The mentorship services are provided by nearly 30 experts invited from Azerbaijan and leading ecosystems around the world (USA, China, Germany, Malta, Türkiye, Estonia, Russia, etc.). Each project is approached individually, and the teams are supported by professionals specialized in the activity areas of each startup.

Before the individual mentorship stage, participants of “Startup School 3” completed 36 hours of training in 18 sessions across 8 modules. In these trainings, teams gained theoretical and practical knowledge to turn their innovative ideas into real business projects and expand access to global markets. Currently, mentors are working with participants individually to help them apply this knowledge.

The mentorship support also covers preparation for the program’s final stage, “Demo Day.” During “Demo Day,” startups will present their projects to international experts and potential investors, gaining strategic opportunities for future development.

The international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road,” carried out within the “Startup School 3” project, provides a broad platform for knowledge exchange, mentorship support, and building international connections in the startup ecosystem. Participants of the project receive not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills, global experience, and investment opportunities. This initiative helps young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into real projects and create sustainable business models.
