A meeting was held with implementing agencies within the framework of the "Action Plan for 2025–2030 on Improving the Quality of Vocational Education and Upgrading the Existing Infrastructure in Penitentiary Institutions."

During the online meeting, the initial discussion of the indicator table for the Measures Plan of the Unified Action Plan, prepared by the relevant institutions, took place. The organization of the implementation process in terms of indicative planning, coordination mechanisms, and future areas of activity were identified.

Latif Zeynalov, Head of the State Programs Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), provided detailed information on the assignments, upcoming steps, and reporting mechanisms based on the relevant Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the implementation of the Action Plan. Methodological aspects of monitoring and evaluation of the Action Plan were discussed, and questions from representatives of institutions were addressed.

Representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Science and Education, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, alongside CAERC, participated in the meeting.

It should be noted that the monitoring and evaluation of the measures outlined in the "Action Plan for 2025–2030 on Improving the Quality of Vocational Education and Upgrading the Existing Infrastructure in Penitentiary Institutions" is being carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication upon the request of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
