In accordance with the goal of “Education Meeting the Demands of the 21st Century” outlined in the “Social-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022–2026,” the next meeting of the “Human Capital and Education” Working Group was held.

During the meeting, the results of the monitoring and evaluation of the Strategy’s implementation for the first half of 2025 were discussed.

The head of the Working Group, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Kenan Kerimzade, provided a detailed report on the outcomes achieved during the reporting period in relation to the measures envisaged in the Strategy and highlighted key points to be considered in the semi-annual report.

Ramil Huseyn, Deputy Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, commended the efforts made by the implementing agencies and emphasized the importance of ensuring the execution of other planned activities by the end of the reporting year, as well as the continuous monitoring of their progress.

Subsequently, Arzu Suleymanov, Head of the Efficiency Evaluation Sector of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department at the Center, presented the monitoring report on the completed work. He informed the participants about the implementation status of target indicators, existing challenges, proposals, and future plans.

Following the presentation of the report, Working Group members provided feedback and recommendations. Based on these, next steps were identified to enhance the effectiveness of the ongoing activities.
